Hi everybody,
Even though it feels like a lifetime ago because I started my traineeship nearly 2 months ago now, I passed the last 5 of my fe1s last March and I'm selling my material now in the hope it will bring you the same good luck.

I have TYPED CONCISE NOTES for five subjects- these took me weeks to compile using Griffith College course materials (manuals, past exam papers and One Day Revision Course notes), Independent College Manuals, City Colleges notes, leading textbooks and current cases from Bailii and Westlaw and the like. These were the only pages that I brought up to the Red Cow with me for the exams and I easily passed every single one of them. Covered plenty of topics including the most examined. €20 per bundle- delivered via email- can negotiate price if buying more than one set.

PROPERTY law manual from Griffith Oct 2011 sitting, lever arch folder with loads of sample answers printed out, past exam papers and examiners reports booklet, plus copy of the Succession Act 1965 which you can bring into the exam with you for those all important succession questions and any other supplementary material that I used. €50, can be collected in Ballsbridge or St.Stephens Green areas during the week or posted for an extra €10 (the actual size of the folder and weight of all the material means that the bundle is classified as a package and not a parcel!). I can also throw in a digital copy of all the sample answers from Oct 2005 until October 2011 and a copy of the typed concise notes I prepared myself for these exams using loads of different manuals/textbooks/etc.

EU Manual from City Colleges April 2012.
Will also throw in loads of notes and exam grids etc...including City Colleges notes that I have. I will sell the Blackstone's legislation (bought in April...tabbed with relevant sections) for €10.
Also have older Griffith manuals in all subjects except Criminal (this one is Independent Colleges)...I used these for exams in the last sitting and the sitting before and they did me fine. I would charge around €20 for these. They are also useful for anyone using other manuals. The Griffith ones go in to waaay too much detail compared to the other ones BUT can be great as a reference point to fill in any gaps. They just need a bit of updating.
