I would go to a textbook if you are struggling to grasp a topic. It may make more sense reading it from a different source. But I just used the manuals for all my FE1s.

The last sitting manuals would more than suffice. But be aware of any changes in the law in the last 6 months, ie abortion for constitutional law.

As for the brand new manuals, call Griffith and ask them.

Are Equality 2010 IC books any use or have they being updated ? Has there being much case law regarding the 2009 Charities Act. I see Delaney has a new book (maybe to deal also with the 2009 Conveyancing Act and Trusts)
