UK Speed trap POI

Where can i get poi's for uk speedtraps (for free) i'll be doing a lot of traveling up north soon and i'll need to know where the gatso's and specs are. i've tried poi-factorybut it only lists non uk ones ie http://www.poi-factory.com/taxonomy/term/36 any ideas?

The most accurate speed camera database is on http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/ but it's not free. £19pa I think and is updated every 10 days.
