I was just wondering in the instance whereby a faulty item is purchased from an online retailer and it has to be returned, is the onus on the retailer to bear the cost of return if indeed the item is found to be faulty? Or is it the risk you take when buying online?

    Thanks.

You may need to bear the initial cost of sending the item back if the seller doesn't have a means by which you can return it to them, but if it is indeed faulty you would need to be compensated for the cost of the return.

    Perfect, thank you.
