digiweb metro problems

    losing the cable sync led on my modem periodically

    restart modem used to fix for a while now unusable

    digiweb said they will be out but waiting 2 days and no call...

    anything i can do in the meantime?

    Sounds like the modem is faulty and needs to be replaced. You should only have to reset it now and again (every couple of months) Unfortunately there is nothing you can do until an engineer calls out to you. Just a question. Do you have the standard Thompson modem or the WiFI router they supply?

    thompson.. engineer came out and fixed a dodgy connection.. all better now.

    Now if only digiweb would let me buy more than an additional 20GB data.

    They do now offer a 100GB allowance but you must be on their Metro Express 30MB package (only slightly higher in price that Metro Home 8MB which is currently 60GB) Hope that helps.
