if anyone's interested, there's access to Krav Maga in Portarlington from january 12th. Nice one. This is real self-defence, not like other martial arts which are simply not streetwise enough. Also Jeet Kune Do is well worth a look too.

If I can clear this sinusitis, I'll be joining these classes. Low cost efficient learning. Then round it off with hardwiring some youtube Krav maga moves into your simple routines and now you can defend yourself (better). Beats the stress of being a victim. Krav Maga teaches you to be indomitable. That's the key to fights, non-fights and coming through.
