For those Kilkenny based cyclists who like me have over-indulged this Christmas, haven't been motivated to go out since the sportive season ended or perhaps feel intimidated by joining a cycling club, we're starting a steady group from this Sunday, leaving the castle at 10am. The spin will be about two hours long and whilst we won't be going overly fast we won't be going overly slow either. If you want any furhter info let me know.
