Moving to NYC

    Hi there!

    Anyone here knows a good removal company? We need to move our stuff to NYC, I've got some quotes but found them a little overpriced, maybe someone here had a previous experience with this.

    I have no idea of prices but my old landlord moved from DC to Boston and hired a moving company to unpack his house in DC, transport his stuff to Boston and unpack it there, it cost him a bomb.

    When he was moving back to DC from Boston, he hired people from craigslist to pack up his house and put into a UHaul which he drove himself and got people from craigslist to unpack it in DC and he saved thousands.

    But i guess it all depends on how far away your starting location is from NYC.
