    I feel so sad, I can't believe I've watched a whole episode of Jerry Springer, is it possible to get some kind of therapy or counselling as I 'm afraid I might lose control and start watching this mindless drivel on a regular basis.

    I'd suggest that the best kind of therapy would be to have a meaningful sexual relationship with your transvestite cousin, then cheat on him, then break the news of your infidelity on a popular day time chat show.

    I was in America a couple of weeks ago. First time I put on the TV the first show I found was Jeremy Kyle USA. I can't believe that bloke has cracked America.
