we are happy tenants living in big house from almost 1-2years though this house has some small complaints, we been notifying to had very few been sorted out so far. our agent had a deal that if we extend the lease will do a list of things under which almost half were undone. and now he also commited to do complete floor…

our agent had a deal that if we extend the lease will do a list of things under which almost half were undone. and now he also commited to do complete floor makeover during Jan month[ which is this month] . so should i wait and see untill end of month as i dont hear anything from the person, not an update though emailed a reminder, he just asked to outline but its been more than a week...
what could be done in such situations?? we need to get this sorted as the carpets are very bad.
