Looking to buy oly bar with rubber weight plates

    Hey Folk's,

    Looking to shop around for a oly bar with rubber weight plates any one know of any suppliers? Only ones I can find so far is www.healthandfitnessireland.com .

    Make sure you know the difference between rubber weight plates and bumper plates. A lot of people think, incorrectly, that the rubber plates allow you to drop the bar from heights when, for example, doing deadlifts and avoid damaging the floor. This is not the case - rubber plates are just cast iron plates coated with a thin layer of rubber.
