Has anybody any suggestions on how to get out of a contract with 3, i'm moving to Australia and i've about 15 months remaining on the contract Thanks

You have to pay the balance of your contract. No way out.

with 3 do they have 3 in australia where you can use the phone as though you are in ireland

Only in parts of Australia, Melbourne I think. Three sort of pulled out of Australia.

Some Companies have a 6 month package plan agreement, which means once you go past the 6 months, you can drop your tariff.It might be a option for you, to drop your tariff to the lowest possible tariff, if three allow this.
