    Hi There

    Is there a way to get to Sligo from Carrick on Shannon by boat? I'm thinking of hiring a boat for a few days in Carrick and would like to get to Sligo

    you will only get as far as Boyle from Carrick by boat in the Sligo direction....about 15km by water is all.

    maybe get a 4x4 and a trailer you will be able to put the boat on it from boyle to sligo
