Hey guys, I bought a Sonh DH800 Receiver and a set of Tannoy SFX speakers from ye about 3yrs ago.

One of the Tannoy Satellites has developed a slight rattle/buzz at certain frequencies. It is VERY annoying.

Im just wondering can ye tell me:

    1. How long is the warranty on the SFX speakers?
    2. If the warranty has passed can you tell me where I can send it for repair?
    3. How much would it be to buy a single satellite speaker?

    Thanks

    Hi Hogzy.

Sorry to hear that you Tannoy's are playing up.

The warranty on the Tannoys is only one year.

The unit is a sealed unit and I think they can not be repaired :( I will check into this for you but looking at the speaker there are no screws or clips.

I also dont at the moment have the price of a single speaker as they are not normaly sold seperately. I will check with our spares deparment for a price and get back to you ASAP.

Thanks a million. I could always swap the faulty speaker with one of the rear satellites. The faulty one is currently the front left speaker so it has more "work" to do than the rear satellites. Its still annoying though.

I know one of your competitors in the UK sell 2x SFX Satellites for people who are upgrading from 7.1, it would be great if you guys could quote me on that if there are no single units available.
