toyota yaris shutting down

hi, bought a toyota yaris from main toyota dealer in 09,10 months after i bought it i was driving to wexford when all of asudden the car just shut down lost power,steering etc,brought it back to dealer to find out problem they said it was a clutch problem then it happened again same thing,yesterday it happened again only…

hi, bought a toyota yaris from main toyota dealer in 09,10 months after i bought it i was driving to wexford when all of asudden the car just shut down lost power,steering etc,brought it back to dealer to find out problem they said it was a clutch problem then it happened again same thing,yesterday it happened again only this time i was on the motorway engine shut down and a lorry nearly crashed into me icould have been killed or caused a serious accident, iwas wondering if this situation had happened to anyone else with a yaris it is an automatic gearbox the car is still under warranty till september do i have some sort of consumer rights in this matter am now afriad to drive the car,would appreciate any feedback on this matter.:mad:
