Boiler light is on, but no hot water

Hi all,
I have an apt boiler. recently it has stopped heating the water.
The timer seems to be working and the light comes on when the preset rotating clock comes round but the water doesnt heat??
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks, Dave

i assume you mean your immersion
most likely your thermostat is faulty
or your overheat trip has activated

have a look here and push it back to re instate it
some overheat switches are on the stat itself

Those ones in the pic should be banned they are only a nuisance.

It goes without saying but make sure the power is off its hard to push those reset buttons without touching something...
