I am looking into how to get my housing estate put onto the unfinished housing estate lists on the household charge website.

I have talked to the Dept of environment. They told me to talk to my County council.

My County Council told me that its nothing to do with them and it was up to my town council.

My town council told me that it was up to the Department of environment and that they carried out a survey regarding unfinished housing estates. It was up to them to make the list.

Who is in charge of these lists. County councils, Dept of environment?

Has anyone else had similar issues?

Has anyone else gone down the route of trying to contact someone in the department who will listen.
