river lee hotel {former jurys} 5 mins walk from ucc,nice hotel.

number of b&b's on the western road are as good / homely as any hotel. Garnish House and Killarney Guest House come to mind.

Also Lancaster Gate Hotel on western road is a good idea - clean and nice.
