    hey all

Im in the early stages of organising my sisters hen party.. better get my skates on though as its in late march..

I have decided to go to dingle, as i have had one or 2 good nights out there before and its such a nice place.

I have emailed a few places in relation to accommodation and got those emails from google search.. would anyone have any recommendations?

there will be a group of 18 people..

also what would be just great is if anyone know of some activities to do..

So far i know i want to try incluce a fun active part of the day before lunch.. so karting or some out door activity and after lunch i want to include light spa or beauty treatments...

would anyone know of any good beauticians or spa in the dingle area or outdoor activities to do...

aggh i just dont know where to begin..

    appreciate any help at all
    thanks

The Skellig hotel has a Spa, so if you got a good hotel rate, you could all book in there and get the use of the spa and pool.

but if that's a bit over your budgets, then there's a couple of lovely B&B's I have stayed in. One is called the Lantern Townhouse, its right in the middle of the town www.lanterntownhouse.com
The other is Heatons B&B, which is just on the outskirts, but facing the bay and about a 7 minute walk into the town.

As for a beauticians, apart from the one in the Skellig Hotel, I haven't been to any other in Dingle, but just had a quick search & found a couple:

Not sure about other activities, but they do get a lot of hens for weekends in Dingle, so maybe ask the hotel or b&b to recommend something.

Hope that helps! Don't stress about it too much, just enjoy! Dingle is amazing :)

It's less than 1km, it's a small town and hotel is on left on main approach road.:)

I'd highly recommend Clodagh at Pink. Her premises is situated in the town, very comfortable and welcoming and she is lovely to meet.

If you explain its for a group of you on a hen she may be able to book you togther and while one is being treated the rest of you can wait inside (lovely decor cottage with fireplace and couches . chairs) having a few glasses of bubbly (BYO) ;0) I know she has done this before and its been a lovely experience when I and a few friends went. Ideal for a few light beauty treatments before heading out and won't break the bank!

Have fun while you're here - accomodation thats handy too as the above poster mentioned. Barr na Sraide Inn is handy too, caters for groups and has a bar downstairs for those of you that are eager to get going.

Outdoor activites - boatrip or evern swim with Fungi, wetsuits provided, good craic.
Or there is the climbing and rope activity centre - Climb at Height Dingle I think its called. Worth a look.

Have fun either way - any other questions then just ask ;0)

http://www.playatheight.com/joomla/index.php indoor climbing wall, great craic
What about the boat trip to see Fungie, the dolphin?
Horse riding might be a winner and you can make your own pottery out at Louis Mulchahy's place

The Droichead Beag(small bridge) is hen central, but if you are a quieter hen(no fake boobs etc.)Foxy's Johns pub at the top on main street is worth a visit.
