Will a joye ego tank attomizer fit a tornado tank (totally wicked) battery? If it does what is the quality like with joye attomizers? I think they are basically the same thing, just different brands, am I right does anyone know?

Yes, Tornado, eGo, Riva all the same 510 fitting and form factor.
Battery might be better quality on one over the other but I have, no, had, a generic ego battery and when it blew I opened it up to find a Joytec branded battery inside.
I think the way China works is stuff is made for one company and 'surplus' is sold on to whoever. Anyway all eGO tornado and riva are Joye products branded for different markets/ resellers. No brand seem to be so too but may varies.
