I posted earlier about the IT skills shortage that my husband had mentioned to me. After a little research I have found this official skills shortage list. Perhaps your trade or profession is listed. It might be worth pointing out that if you are in a particularly skilled area where there is a shortage, and haven't lived in Sweden in the past 5 years, you might be eligble for a 20% tax rebate/discount.
