They are, yes. I think they go up to a 5.5. Have to get velcro runners for school as he still hasn't masterred the laces at the age of 9 and I don't want him tripping over laces in the play yard.

Tried a few different 15% off codes and none of them are working.
The 10% code works but not the 15%, spending over €150 but it's saying my basket does not meet the requirements.

Never mind, I got it sorted, couldn't remove the 10% off code so had to delete something from my basket and then code went off it and then 15% off worked.

The postage will be expensive to send them back if you use the regular An post/courier option.
Parcelmotel.com could be the cheaper option to get them returned.Worth checking out.

If you have a preorder in your basket and proceed to checkout, they wont ship your order until the preorder comes in to them.

It should say the estimated date of dispatch somewhere.

Get onto them and get them to email you a parcel connect label and then use this with parcel motel. €3.50 it cost me sending stuff back to them this way.

Yeah, there should have been a blue preorder icon on that page when you selected it.
Your order won't be dispatched until it arrives in.
(unless they have changed things since I ordered a preorder last year)

The tracking may be slow to update or there might be a problem with your order, unclear address etc.

Email dhl IE.CustomerCare@dhl.com & quote your tracking number to see if there is any problems.
It'll be quicker to email dhl direct as SD are slow to reply. I got a reply within 10 minutes from dhl (during the day)

My order a few weeks ago was also delayed but when I emailed dhl they told me it was damaged so it was being returned to SD.

I got an auto-refund a couple days later once SD received it and had to re-order.

No, usually it is 2-3 day delivery. Infact, they are the best online company for deliveries imo.
