The article is in Spanish but you're not missing much info; it basically says that the 5 mm long tooth belonged to a pachycephalosaur, and that it was found in the heart of the Chihuahuan desert. To my knowledge, it is the very first pachycephalosaur fossil found in Mexico.

The creature lived 75 million years ago.

New bits of info have surfaced: the tooth belonged to a Stegoceras, and is indeed the first pachycephalosaur fossil found in Mexico.
