    IDA Business Park
    Killincarrig
    Greystones
    Co. Wicklow

Does anyone know what this refers to? Is it the IDA lands along the Greystones Southern Access Road which were opened up last year?

I only ask as planning permission has been approved for a developement on the site and I believe that Bennet Construction have been awarded the contract.

I'm all for this but in light of the state of the road with barriers going unrepaired, public lighting not maintained and the pedestrian crossing out of use could the IDA put pressure on WCC to maintain or evenb take over the road?

    "industrial production, warehouse, distribution and
ancillary office facility. The development will consist
of a building of 7810 sqm predominantly single
storey with part two storey, associated landscaping,
car parking, bicycle parking, external vehicular
marshalling and service areas, 6 no silos, siteworks,
drainage, ESB substation and ancillary works, all on a
    site of circa 2.82 hectares
    IDA Business Park

    Greystones
    Co. Wicklow"

"Condition 2. Before development commences, the developer shall pay the sum of €546,700 (five hundred and forty six thousand and seven hundred euro) to the Planning Authority as a contribution in respect of public infrastructure and facilities benefiting development in the area of the Planning Authority."
A nice tidy sum for the council to spend somewhere !! As part of that planning decision
