Welfare officer - Fairview/Marino area?

I'm short for this week's rent. I've been told I need to get in contact with the Welfare Officer as they might help me out, but I can't seem to find an address. Any feedback would be extremely appreciated. THanks.

There is a Health Centre on Griffith Avenue, corner with Malahide Road.
Have to be there between 11 - 11:30 to be able to speak with an Welfare Officer.
Think the number is: 01 8333421
Closed for lunch between 1 and 2 pm.
