Looking for advice, quick background of the problem
Living in a small apartment block of 15 apartments with access from front door on street and back door to private courtyard.
The courtyard then has a large double gate for bin men to take the bins out.
We got a couple of scumbag lads who moved in two years back and leave all access wide open the double gate they leave wide open for their friends to walk in and out. We have had illegal dumping damage to common areas apartment hallways our the last two years.
The management company basically have strung us along for two years and now have admitted they wont get them out unless we put our name to an official complaint which leaves us in a situation if we put our name to a complaint and these lads find out well Im sure you know yourself.
Im wondering is there any further people I can go too? Any advice?

Has the issue been brought up at your management company AGM?

Have you written to the directors of your management company?

Are these people unit owners or are they renting? If renting you can lodge a complaint with the PRTB.

As an aside, its kind of hard to put a faceless complaint in and expect people to be evicted because of it.

If that was the case there are many people who would be in trouble due to neighbours throwing in faceless complaints.

You will either have to standby your convictions and go ahead with the complaint, put up with it, or move somewhere else.

exactly right. If you dont make a formal complaint then how can you expect them to act. Also do you have evidence they are illegally dumping etc or are you just making an assumption becasue they are "scumbags"
