attic lighting

does anyone know anything about attic lighting (heating lights) that prevents pipes and the water tank from freezing during the winter months. I've recently re-insulated my attic and am worried there may not be enough heat getting into the attic to prevent the above.

there is a product called frost watcher which may suit
