Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

No,it isn't anymore. INTO have directed teachers not to work with unqualified staff .There is a huge oversupply of fully qualified teachers and will be for a number of years, so even subbing is in short supply.

Imagine when you go to the expense of doing a post grad and work damn hard, then find your local school is employing someone who has no qualifications whatsoever. Any principal who employs someone unqualified can be reported to the INTO and the teachers in the school can refuse to work with that sub.

Why don't you try do some observation days to build up a bit of experience? That's what I'm doing with hopes of getting on the course.
