    I had signed up for the online billing, and it says my next bill is due on Jan. 17th but there is still no sign of my bill anywhere online just my last bill.... Anyone know whats up with that???

    Hi Natalie,

    The date given is just an approximate one - it can be dependent on when the meter is actually read.

    Am I correct in saying the only recent bill you have access to is the one dated November?

    If you like, I can look at the account for you - if you just send me the following details for security/verification by private message:

    - Account number
    - Name/address on the account
    - Date of birth on the account
    - Contact telephone number on the account
    - Confirmation that you are the named account-holder
