    This is a list of estates that if you live there you dont have to pay the household charge

    Legally you should give them your details but thats up to you !

    So what? They still avail of council services -albeit not repairs to street lighting if the estate is not taken over by the council.

    I think my estate too should be classified as unfinished as I can't get any decent broadband speeds there. Or may be I will get an exception because my house is rather unfinished - there's so much to fix & renovate.

    I know, I know, wishful thinking..!

    I could provide a list of things which Grange Rath residents were promised when they bought houses and which are "unfinished"...

    Typical stupid government, people in housing estates in towns which actually have services get away without paying it while people in the country side who have no need for services other than road repar(which currently doesn't happen anyway) do have to pay? :confused::confused::confused::confused:
