Thought I'd throw this out here for people starting/playing at the moment:

Rofl's guide to playing better and your win rate - In essence it is a set of links to other guides but it does go through a lot of useful information and should be mandatory reading even for seasoned CW gamers (inc. armor angling, weak spots on all T8+ tanks etc.)
