Melted chocolate

How long will melted chocolate and cream keep in the fridge? I melted it last night to make truffles for an event today but the event has been cancelled so I'm now left with all this chocolate!! I'm tying not to eat it :pac:

You can freeze it as is, or you can roll it into truffles balls and freeze them, but I've eaten truffles that were made (and poorly covered in the fridge) a month after they'd been made and they were ok, a little dry but that was it.
