Samsung BLU Ray BD-P4600 Disc loader Broken

    Hi All,
    I have a Samsung BLU Ray BD-P4600, unfortunately the unit got a knock, on opening up I found the disc trapped inside it.
    To remove the disc I had to remove the top section(attached pic DSC01500.jpg)

    on removing the top section and removing the stuck disc, I put it back together, now this is where the problem started.

    I put the part back, but any disc since then has not loaded.

    I think I may be missing a section or something, that may have been lost when it got the knock?

    any advice on how to get it up and going again would be wonderful and greatfully appreciated
