Key his car if he has one, or even burn it out. Or add a little scratch every couple of days so it builds up over time.

You could also go to a butchers and ask for meat scraps 'for your dogs', call around to his house at night and throw them all over his garden so hopefully it'll attract rats. Call around to various butchers as it'll be kind of odd asking for so much from one place. Maybe do this every week or so.

Probably going a bit too far but you could spray/paint whatever his name is is a peado on the front of his house.

Even if he is as big of a dick as you say he is, he will be loving that he has got you so wound up and any revenge you try will just make him laugh in your face and piss you off even more. Let it go.

Easy (well sort of), work hard, play hard and do both with an appearance of not a care in the world, that you have moved on and is happy (even though you are not inside), let others see you doing that and trust me, word will sooner or later get back to him that you've on with your life and bettered it!
