Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Miele Vacuum Cleaner with electrobrush accessory
    Hi I am thinking of purchasing a new vacuum cleaner. I am going for a Miele but I am having difficulty making up my mind on what model to get. I am interested in getting the Miele model which supports the electrobrush accessory. As I understand it this electrobrush is plugged into the body of the vacuum cleaner and is electrically driven(not battery driven). Has anyone come across this Miele model and if so how have they found it? Does the power cable to the electrobrush fitting get in the way of normal hoovering? Can anyone tell me what is the model number of the Miele vacuum cleaner which has this extra attachment? I am having great difficulty getting informaion on this. Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Pensioner Pete

    I've a Meile - it's a great cleaner compared to others I've tried.
    I hadn't heard of an electro brush until I read your post.
    However I found this with a google search.

    It looks like you need a S5000 / S500 / S600 / S700 /S800 series for it.

    Many thanks for the information on the Miele. Apologies for delay in replying. I did check the link and the informaion on the electrobrush attachment. Unfortunatley the particular Miele model which can run the electrobrush is not available in the republis. However we have gone ahead and purchased the "Cat & Dog" 5000 model. So far we are very pleased with it....so here's hoping we made the correct choice.
