Depends where you are, but FLI International Ltd (Six Cross Roads Estate, Waterford) stock HDPE and LDPE sheet in 1 mm and 2 mm thicknesses. Widths are 4.5 metres and 6 metres. They use it for landfill lining, but they have sold lengths of it to the public in the past. Possibly they would ship it to you by courier or something if you wanted enough of it, but I couldn't vouch for that.
