Yeah a bit of a let down so far, both teams can play much better, but both are being very patient in their play so far, almost afraid to commit too much forward for fear of the oppositions counter (which both are great at).

Kaboul needs to get good sharpish.

    Its been dreadful allright.
City are playing like the away team with everyone back and hoping to score on the break.
Both teams look afraid to concede first.

Walker should have had that ball much earlier, Spurs refuse to get it wide, it is annoying! When it eventually came to him it was a sh1t ball.

Bale furious with Parker for not playing it back down the wing for him.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 31,979 ✭✭✭✭Mars Bar

Spurs are determined to make it as hard as possible for themselves...

That shake of the head from Mancini could mean curtains for Dzeko early in the 2nd half. We'll be seeing Balotelli soon unless they score shortly.

Spurs are effectively playing 4 - 5 - 1 with Defoe up top on his own, and Bale roaming a bit. Defoe is useless up front in that sort of situation.

Behind Silva, Micah Richards is my second favourite City player.

Two footed tackle from Parker on Richards at the end there... Rules of the game and all that!!

Didn't look two footed to me, would need to see the replay.

Edin Dzecko is clearly just in the way lately,he really is suffering just now, hard to see him playing 90 even if Balotelli is only half fit

Spurs should bring Pavlechenko on for Defore or change their system

Fairly awful game. Nasri's shít corner and Coleman's lack of football knowledge is the only saving grace.

Is it too late to get Defoe on growth hormones? Lost in the Land of the Giants.

Nah looked perfect there although maybe city fans might be a bit bitter about it given Kompanys red card.

No, it seems they are ok now, Chris Foy the man who sent Kompany off didn't even yellow card Seb Larsson for a two footed lunge of a tackle yesterday at the Stadium of Light.
