Skyrim Bug Help!

    I playing Skyrim on my Ps3 i have played over 80 hours my save is about twenty megabytes. The problem is two people from The Companions are running after me everywhere starting a conversation as if I had walked up to them and pressed X. I have ran about half the map but one of them is persistent and wont stop and for some reason he counts as the guards chasing me so i cant fast travel. Im not going to start all over again but I need help. My bounty is 0 and he isnt even a guard. Plus he isnt envolved in a quest he even says 'stop bothering me' even though he is running after me. PLEASE HELP.

    But he could be involved in a later companions quest so if he s he wont die.

    Might as well try and kill him. If he won't die then you know for sure
