Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Need to decide on insulation and from there establish heating load, DEAP or PHPP test will do this. At that point you will be able to decide more accurately what to go for. Geothermal has a massive initial outlay of 20k plus. My advice insulate the hell out of the house and you will have a much lower heating need and thus save money in the long run.

Out of curiosity, if there was a property with no heating system in situ what would the best option be? (mid terraced house)

    I'm getting conflicting advice.
