Funny thing is, they were giving them away at the holiday world show in Belfast at the weekend.

Everthing in that book and more is available on the website.

They should give it for free.

Like old style publicans who look on customers as cash carrying machines, camping ireland and its members are in for a rude awakening.

This years has one site more than last years, other than that the only difference is in pricing.
While the vast majority have the same prices as last year there are a few which have changed.

At the good end of the spectrum Westport House have reduced a unit + 2 adults from €30 to €26, it's nice to know they realise there is a recession on.

At the bad end St Margarets Beach have increased their rate for similar occupancy from €20 to €24 = 20% increase :eek:

I would imagine it costs them something to have it printed, hence the cost to buy it. Normally though you will be able to pick one up in a camping site reception area for free as they always seem to get loads of copies. as was mentioned earlier all of the same info is on the website so most people will be able to look at it on their phone. They should set up a smart phone app. That would be handy.
