Customer reading for online bill

    Hi I got my bill a few days ago, it was an estimated reading and a bit high so I took a reading myself and entered it online as it was around 70 euro cheaper, when I view the bill now it is still showing the estimated reading price and is due out in 4 days.

    Just wondering how long it takes for the bill to be updated to the correct reading? Thanks.

    I can check your account just to make sure the reading registered correctly. Feel free to PM me, and include the following info if you have it:
    • Your full name and account number
    • Your contact number and date of birth (for account security)
    • The meter reading
