Apartments for €60,000?

So I have been hearing stories that you can now buy Appartments for as low as 60k or even lower but in a brief google search I wasnt able to find them.

Anyone know any estate agents dealing with these low end sales..

I read a report in a weekend newspaper a few weeks back saying some apartments on the outskirts of Longford town were going for €29,000. When they get cheaper than cars, then we really are all in trouble
