    Hi Mollybird,

With the Outer Ring Road(Grangecastle Rd) which runs from Woodies Bridge in Lucan straight to the N7, it should be easy enough to access the N7 from the newer estates in Lucan. Moyglas/Griffeen and Foxborough are the nearest to the Outer Ring Road for the N7. I would not recommend Foxborough whereas the others are fine. Liffey Valley Park is a nice quiet estate and you would join the Outer Ring Road at Ballyowen Junction and it is a straight run to the N7(about 10 mins). It is handy for the Shopping Centre/Cinema/Arc/Eurospar/Pennyhill as all of these are within walking distance of the estate.

Best of luck with your search

I'm up in Elmbrook - one of the older estates south of the N4 in "New Lucan".
    Absolutely lovely - very quiet.
Vast majority of the houses are owner-occupier and the place is kept immaculate.
    Love the area! :)
