    Unfortunately, if it says your e-mail address is in use, then nothing can be done about it. Usually it's caused by someone else mistakenly entering your e-mail address and awaiting a confirmation e-mail that never arrives at theirs!

    You'll have to use another e-mail address, and enter it in your User CP, and then re-request the validation e-mail again by following this link.
