This January was my first New Year without my dad, so I made a promise to myself to be closer with my family and to appreciate everything that I have, because what the Big Man gives ya, he can take away.

Well the New years resolutions I made:

    1. Give up drink for as long as I can, so far so good.... havent drank since January 1st

    2. Get back into running, keep gym sessions up... being nearly 3-4 times a week

    3. Give up chocolate and treats ... well that didnt last ;-)

    4. try not to think negatively... well not so good, media makes it difficult

    5. Train more for knowledge basis.... yep doing online course
