    Hey everyone,

Can anyone recommend a good chiropractor in Limerick? The last few years I have been having terrible trouble with my lower back and hips/pelvis with no relief from physio and I am simply demented at this stage. Hoping a chiro can give me some relief and get me back on the field of play :)

    All the Best,

    Acapella

I use Eddie Sordillo in Dooradoyle, I've found him very good.

I seen his name on the Chiropractors of Ireland website. Did you go to him with a specific problem AngelDaisy? Did he sort it? Its like looking up a camels backside when it comes to finding a doctor in an area you don't know much about!!!:o

XiledSniper ---- I have heard about that lad out in Rathkeale, did you go to him yourself? I am tempted to go to him but worried about his lack of certification and I am saying that in the least snobbish way, believe me!! But at this stage I would chance anything because I am withered from my body being in bits. At 24 it isn't good that your Nana is in better shape muscle/bones wise!!

Thanks again for yer replies :D

Does he only do big jobs (back, hips, shoulders, etc) or would it be worth visiting him for an ankle joint?

His name is Joe Williams and seemingly he is very good. I have never personally used him (thankfully no need), but I know lots of people that have. You can go to his house in the evenings and he usually sorts you out. Doesn't charge anything, people just usually give him something.

I've been there before, And he's brilliant!

I'm not too sure about if he does ankles, but I'd imadgine he does.

I went to Eddie when I developed a lower back problem when I was pregnant, I see him on and off now, depending on if my back is playing up or not. I can only say that I found him excellent, he helped me out and the people that I have referred to him have found him good also.
Saying that I didn't use him when I dislocated my ankle, for that I went to Tony in the Pain Relief Clinic, tried a few physio's before going to see him and he sorted it out after about 4 sessions.

Don't waste your money on these charlatans. Their 'qualification' isn't worth the paper it's written on and their practices and ideology are in the least highly questionable. See a good physiotherapist.

You need a doctor, go to your GP and ask for a referral to an orthopedic specialist, you'll get treatment and advice from a recognized and qualified expert.
