French Equivalent of Trades Description

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is a French equivalent to the Trades Description act. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trade_Descriptions_Act_1968 Or if there is some sort of recourse that can be taken if a French company misleads customers about a product until after you purchase it.
