Leasing House to SDCC

Hi I was wondering if anyone has done a lease arrangement (10 Yrs min) with SDCC ? Just looking at the options for a rental property. They give 20% less normal rental income and house is given to those on housing lists. Any advise/feedback appreciated. Jor
