    Doesn't work that way for BTW purchases though, as the bicycle is not a qualifying business expense, or whatever the exact term used for that is.

    Yeah, I knew it wouldn't work if it was your own business and you were just buying a bike to get there yourself.
    Wasn't sure if it was different as BTW between employer and employee.

    The Canyon sale has started. Either €200 or €300 off many bikes e.g. https://www.canyon.com/en-ie/road/endurace/2018/endurace-al-disc-7-0.html Already many sizes are selling out and not available to mid-August.
