Getting sponsorship before going

    Hi

    I'm currently working in finance in Dublin and am thinking about heading to Melbourne. I'm just wondering is it possible to find a company to sponsor you before going out and has anyone got any experience of it? I can see loads of jobs that I'm qualified for but should I just apply and say I'd need sponsorship to do it? Or could I just go through a recruitment agency? The other alternative is to get a working holiday visa and just go over in the hope of getting sponsorship which is what most people seem to do.

    Any advice would be much appreciated!
